Do you make only white handmade jewelry or also colored?
Colored too. In fact, we are planning to offer you our colored collections very soon, and by the way, if you have already purchased one of our jewelry pieces, you will benefit from a super discount on the next handmade colored jewelry piece ;)
How long will it take to prepare an order?
If the piece is in stock on our website, we need between 2 and 5 business days to process your order, in fact, before packing your handcrafted jewelry, since all our pieces go through a complex artisan process, we need a few days to take care of every detail and retest your piece one last time before shipping.
Do you use hypoallergenic findings for your earrings?
Of course! All of our jewelry comes with highly hypoallergenic and totally nickel-free findings.
Read the description of each earring to see exactly and transparently which setting was used.
Are porcelain earrings too heavy?
For each collection we carry out an ergonomic study to make the piece comfortable, safe and convenient.
Nevertheless, in each product sheet you can consult the measurements and the specific weight to choose always in a clear and transparent way.
Will I get the exact piece of jewelry that I see on the web site?
Of course it is! However, as handmade creations, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the product photos.
And that is exactly our goal: to offer you something designed and handcrafted exclusively for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always completely free of charge.
